Designed and pre-cut digitally, so no blade ever touches your car
Each panel is designed and pre-cut on our precision Graphtec FC8600-160 plotter. This means there is no need to cut film on the vehicle whatsoever, eliminating any risk to your paint and leaving a flawless, virtually invisible finish. We maintain one of the most extensive vehicle pattern libraries available, and produce bespoke patterns in-house whenever a stock template does not deliver the exact coverage your car deserves.
Our pre-cut panels are applied using a specially formulated slip solution and a careful squeegee method. Unlike vinyl wrapping and many other films, we do not use heat to stretch or tack the film onto your paint. The result is a cleaner bond, truer panel coverage, and a finish that lasts.
Edges are wrapped and tucked wherever the panel allows, then relaxed into the natural contour of the bodywork. This is the difference between a five-year install and one that still looks invisible a decade later.
